Company or website name

The Polish Sawsage

Describe your company and organization and target audience

We're a new, small shop making custom furniture and woodworking crafts for homes and businesses. The name is a play on polish sausage (Saw), so we obviously don't take ourselves too seriously. We're targeting 30-60 year olds looking for quality custom pieces for their homes and businesses--people who would appreciate something hand made.

The design should have the following

We want something that's classic, mostly typography. (Though I'd be open to a few designs that try to bring something light-hearted in around this pun of sausage / SAWsage.) Bold lettering, probably script font. Something that would look good in a rectangle patch on a trucker hat or on a t-shirt. Also very important that it works in a single color.

This logo will be used for

  • Online (Website, facebook etc.)
  • Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
  • Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Not interested in taglines (unless it's the word "trade mark"), no initials, no thin fonts, and probably not even any sans-serif fonts. We're looking for serifed, script, block, etc. It's definitively not modern.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Could go black / white. Or if using color, could try red / white or red / white / black.
