Our mission is to help medium and large organizations act, think and operate like startups, and to help small organizations and startups benefit from the experience, systems, processes and policies of large enterprises.

Large enterprises need to be more lean, agile, dynamic and collaborative. Startups and small organizations need to be more structured, methodological and competitive without loosing agility and passion.

Our vision is to empower individuals and enterprises through presenting and sharing the best practices and case studies for a structured innovation management frameworks and approaches.

To start realizing our mission and vision we have designed and launched (draft version) the enterprise innovation design website. In this website we are sharing some frameworks, tools and methods which we hope will be of benefit to as much individuals, inventors, innovators and organizations of different sizes to build and execute an efficient and effective innovation management and transformation programs.

The design should have the following

It is expected that the logo will include a drawing/illustration for a dinosaur.
The dinosaur is representing big organizations so some ideas may include adding a tie and/or a suite case in his hand. Our target is to keep the advantage of the dinosaur and mitigate its disadvantages.
In addition we will encourage startups to learn from the dinosaur while keeping their agility.
So the colors needs to be as much as possible cheerful while keeping the elegance and seriousness.
Color and design needs to be balancing between seriousness and professionals.
Also please consider that the logo will be placed on the current website theme (www.enterpriseinnovationdesign.com), in the same place of the current temp placeholder logo "coaching".
The following to be considered, this logo will be used as:

-Workshops
- Consultancy firm logo

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Another note, the logo needs to accept variance of usage and different backgrounds so the design must accept that in a certain situation we may used it as Black and White or as black or as white. Original must be colorful with the ability to adopt the previous mentioned requirement.
