Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company will be targeting millennials who own their home and need assistance prepping their home for a sale.

The design should have the following

I like the idea of white background and a blue that is between a navy and royal. I also like turquoise/teal accents! I like the idea of incorporating a house into the "o" in "Home"? I need a logo that includes the tagline and one that is just the name. I would like it to be simple, modern, and elegant.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Colors to use in the design

white, navy/royal blue (between the two), and possibly grey or teal/turquoise
