Our Target audience is the Home Buyer, even though our customer is the Home builder. We sell a cost-effective patented foundation system which protects the home from damaging active soil (clay soils that expand and contract with wet or dry conditions) giving the homeowner the assurance of a worry-free foundation. The mechanism is installed on top of piers under the concrete slab at the time of new construction. When the concrete hardens, the mechanisms elevate the slab or foundation off the ground (like a low cost pier and beam) and isolates the foundation from active clay soils or even from light earthquakes and eliminates movement in the house.
