Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am a running coach with a specialty in ultra distance trail racing, although I'd like to target all distance running audiences. I am currently a one person business with no immediate plans to expand beyond myself. A few words that I'd use to give a "feel" to my business are: inspire, motivate, challenge, conquer, determination, resilience, tenacity, relentless, individualized, specific. I don't really want to have a "badass" or intimidating feel, but us endurance athletes tend to be a gritty and hardcore crowd. I'm not looking to attract the people that are looking to run to lose weight or just run for fun, but will take on anyone as a client that is a hard worker. My broad business message currently is: I believe anyone can challenge their endurance potential through specific, individualized training and a resilient mindset.

I also have a strong online social media presence. My instagram name is sarcasminspandex and a lot of people recognize me from that. A good portion of my clients come from my social media page so if it helps at all to browse that page to get ideas, feel free. I'd love to have a logo that is simple and cool enough that people would want to wear a trucker hat or tank top with my logo on it just because it looks cool.

The design should have the following

Wellllllll, I'm no pro here but I was thinking of something along the lines of Ten10 (Tenacity Tenfold) - see what I did there? :) Since I deal mainly with trail and ultra distance runners, we could include anything that signifies mountains or peaks. Any image that portrays relentless pursuit, the art of challenge, determination. The idea behind the word "tenfold" is that of something growing exponentially. So in my case, their endurance potential growing exponentially. Or really we can just stick with Ten10, whatever.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I like the idea of black, white, grey, magenta (closer to the hot pink side than the purple side), and orange. Any or all.

If you go to www.pluralsight.com, I like the color scheme of their logo. It starts with orange then melts (would that be the word?) to magenta. I like how the black makes the colors pop.
