Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are Merging two Ready Mix Concrete Producer companies into one larger company called Stevenson-Weir / Southern, LLC. Stevenson-Weir (www.Stevenson-Weir.com) will own 60% of the new company and Southern Concrete (www.scmusa.com) will own 40%. Although the official name will be Stevenson-Weir / Southern, LLC we would like to brand it in a simpler acronym such as SWS Concrete, SWS, SWS Concrete Materials. The design should have the following

We would like to Combine Stevenson-Weir's green at around 60% and Southerns Yellow at around 40% along with a black, white or neutral colors for accents. This Logo needs to be able to be decaled on concrete truck doors and drums. We would like to see a design that takes in the heritage of both companies but with a new look.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
