We are a cutting edge boutique real estate brokerage firm based in the south. We specialize in world class property management to landlords and tenants in the single family rental market. We offer acquisition, renovation, leasing, management, maintenance, and brokerage. Our ideal customer would be age 25 - 55.

The design should have the following

It should express southern tradition and business professionalism. We like the idea of a front porch or a front porch swing. Simple and classic. ‘Southern Built’ should be on one line with “Realty” underneath. I’m not opposed to having the logo on the left side and the name to the right.
We are also open to a calm Demi-serif typeface mixing Sana’a- and slab-serifs as a modern logo I saw for Dixon Rye (retail store)
I also like the Letters bein in all caps with the S in SOUTHERN and T in BUILT being larger capitals.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No house, no red, no columns

What style of logo would you like?

Dark royal blue, and white , gray
possibly a splash of orange

Or Royal blue, lime green and white.
