Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are an equestrian estate offering bed and breakfast and wedding and corporate events. We specialize in friesian Horses (the majestic all black with long hair) and are more upscale luxury than farm yard chic. I am not emotionally attached to the wedding and corporate venue in the tagline. If wording should be restructured - I am okay with that as well.

The design should have the following

I don't want anything too cluttered. It should be classy.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I am open to anything - but the horses are black and the Bed and Breakfast is white and green.
