We are an artisan barbeque and southern cuisine small business company with authentic slow smoked barbeque. Target audience: all. People who like to eat for fun and fellowship and who appreciate great food, bbq enthusiasts, families, people young and old.

The design should have the following

Traditional bbq methods of hard work and slow cooking for the passion of the food. In style, not so traditional. Origins of bbq were in Europe. Smoking is not so reproducible for people to do in their kitchen, but meat lasts much longer with great flavor. We're traditional in process, more modern/elegant in vision.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Tired of flames and pigs for logos. It's all about the wood and smoke for flavor. It's about the sauces - we have 5 so far, and we're not done yet. We like Charleston images - brick, wrought iron, palmetto moon symbol.
