I am starting a one person real estate brokerage. I will be focusing on luxury home sellers and buyers in Colorado's the ski resort towns.

The design should have the following

I plan on using a combination of Cobalt Blue signs with a design and writing in a different color (I was originally thinking white but not opposed to other suggestions and the inverted design of this sign.

****I ABSOLUTELY NEED A TRANSPARENCY OF THE DESIGNS. I DO MOT HAVE ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR OR KNOW HOW TO WORK IT***

I definitely want to incorporate a design with mountain(s) and home(s). I want it to convey that it is a luxury brand using fonts and .
I want to see the word Real Estate both next to and under Rocky Mountain Homes design (non-written). I must be able to be clearly read as it will be used as a design on my real estate sign.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I do not like whimsical fonts. I do not want a super busy design.

**** NOTE I DID NOTE SELECT THE "SIMPLE THEME" or "TEXT BASED" BELOW. "Queen of Probate" , "The Ranch" icon and theme are a more appropriate choices!

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Cobalt blue background, no more then 3 colors. I was originally thinking white for the text and design and an inverted option of the design. The background in blue is so that it stands out when it is winter and there is a lot of snow in the background. the other option may be used for the spring and summer.
