Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a logo for my rental unit in Ocean City, Maryland.......a beach resort. I would like "Paradise 700" within the logo and then "Ocean City, MD" smaller somewhere in the logo too.

The design should have the following

Sun, beach, wave, crab (blue crab).......maybe palm tree.

Beach stuff.......

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Either blue.....with a beach theme (see attached file for example of another property I own), or the colors in the Maryland State flag: red, yellow, black & white (image of Maryland flag attached).

Briefly describe your contest

This is a logo I will use on promotional materials to market my oceanfront condo in Ocean City, Maryland.
