The design should have the following

Nuage is french for cloud. We chose a play on words and went with "Nu-Age" which also expresses the new age cloud accounting which is fairly new to businesses.

Possibly like to incorporate a cloud in logo

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
