Describe your company and organization and target audience
Small to medium sized Australian Human Resources Consulting Firm with a human edge, we want to make a difference in people's lives by helping them develop into the best they can be, through coaching, mentoring, personality profiling, personal presentation, and communication. We want to help people build the best brand of themselves.
We would like a symbol of some kind (not cartoon like) but something that represents the evolution of a person and their development. We would like this positioned on the left hand side of the Newberry Paterson company name.
Our target audience is businesses and professional individuals however we will possibly be dealing with parents of high school aged children who are looking to enter the workforce - so we don't want our image to be super professional/corporate either - it needs to be a nice balance.
