Apartment community in the trendy Mueller community outside of Austin. This property is a rehab property from 1990. Small boutique community. See website http://www.liveatmagnolia.com/homes/tx/mueller/mueller-crossing/ we are rebranding the community and want to stay away from the blue that is currently on the doors as it is also on the community across the street which is not as nice.

The design should have the following

one idea but not necessary is to somewhat brand to match the Mueller community logo http://www.muelleraustin.com/

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

Colors to use in the design

option is to use the orange color from Muller community but not necessary. Our building are grey and black. nothing neon or bright colors.
