Mohawk Guitars is a customer guitar company with LEDs inlaid in a translucent body that move with the music. There are many settings and brightness levels, all adjustable by the guitarist. This will allow musicians to add a new level of creativity and beauty to their playing, whether they are playing live on stage or recording videos.

We are still in the pilot phase, and have not yet launched to consumers. This logo will be used on our website, in our social media content, videos, and more. We are talking with a number of famous guitarists that plan to record social content to distribute to their large social followings; ie this logo will be seen!

We'd like to incorporate a mohawk into the logo - perhaps monochrome, perhaps colorful. It could be a separate icon/character, or it could be a part of the text itself. If a designer has creative ideas without an actual mohawk, open to that too.

This guitar will likely be purchased by musicians of all ages - from children getting started to professional musicians. We plan to create different models and price points, so would like this logo to appeal across this demographic.

We would like this logo to have an edge to it, but still be approachable and fun.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

We do not want this in the entries:

I don't think we want a blatant hard rocking mohawk character. That being said - we're open to creative interpretation.
