Describe your company and organization and target audience.

This is a learning platform with an affiliate marketing opportunity. Members learn how to earn money quickly (within 90 days) while building an evergreen business. My audience is anyone 18 and above.

The design should have the following:

I like two tone designs. It must also look good in black and white. I like the logo icon on the left and name to the right... but I am open to other concepts. The logo should be unique and not like existing brands. I judge logos on the 5 things listed here: https://www.bigbrandsystem.com/logo-design-connoisseur/
I like logos that are clean with distinct lines. Less is often more. An example:

I also like logo icons that convey the theme of the brand. Examples:
http://www.hatchwise.com/entry-for-964945-775167-1127
http://www.hatchwise.com/entry-for-966400-872556-1127

I also want an APP icon and favicon done with it.

I own/use both learniingthatpays.com and learningthatpays.blog. It would be interesting to design a LearningThatPays logo that somehow, cleverly had both extensions in it.

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

We do not want this in the entries:

I do not like cartoonish looking logos. I don't want flimsy. The logo must work very small or really big.
