Realtor, International Audience Relocating to Houston, but also local Houstonians

The design should have the following

I am a tax attorney turned realtor. I do have personality, but my selling points are my knowledge, analytics, and expertise. Nothing too cutesy... but I do want to incorporate the "I Love Houston" theme, which is what my blog is about and true to my character. I actually do love hearts, too. Check out my blog for a very unprofessional, homemade version of my branding ideas...
