We are a short term property management group focusing on rental properties, Airbnb, and short term vacation and business stays.

The design should have the following

The J and the L should be used together in some creative way. We would like an elegant, simple, modern logo that appeals to a higher class audience. Possibly some sort of pitched roof or Airbnb twist as part of the logo.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

Colors to use in the design

Black and white only, or possibly silver, platinum, or grey included.
