We are a Real estate Brokerage since 2004 that sells homes from 300k to 3million and our targeted audience are first time home buyers, buying your dream home to downsizing so a big range so we must present ourselves in a sophisticated way with out feeling old and out of touch .I like clean lines and would like to work on a logo that is crisp and cutting edge .

The design should have the following

We want a simple but powerful logo one that the customer can feel they trust and will remember when seen repeatedly.

Black/Blue/whites/ and grays welcomed as samples but that is your pallet.

Focus of the logo is "ICON"

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
