We are a mortgage lender working like a Family with big company power. We put the client experience first so that home buying does not seem so confusing. Target market is anyone looking to buy a home for the first time or a long time home buying investor. Age group would be 30 to 50 making income of 80K and up. People looking to get a head while enjoying life.

The design should have the following

Silhouette or presence of a single family home. The font should be bold but sophisticated with a BOLD "I" for strength. With the idea of Family and future. Strength with the feeling of home and safety.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
