A naturopathic doctor in Oregon is launching a new house calls practice where she will be providing medical services to patients in their homes. Naturopathic doctors use clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathic medicine, and wellness counseling. This is a doctor focused on natural, holistic healthcare.

The design should have the following

Logo should include the name “House Calls 4 Health” and some imagery which can include: leaf, stethoscope, house, medical bag, and/or hands holding one of the previously listed items – some example logos are attached. The image must include some form of icon/imagery as previously mentioned and cannot just be text. Color palette is attached and features a natural green and shades of cornflower blue – please only choose colors from this palette. Background will need to be transparent.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Design entries should not just be text - they must include some form of icon/imagery: leaf, stethoscope, house, medical bag, and/or hands holding one of the previously listed items. Logo should not include colors except approved colors (unless using a gradient with approved colors).
