I help small to medium companies "map" their successes and then design and implement training programs that can be transferred to employees in various locations to improve employee performance
Target audience:
Small to medium sized insurance and financial services companies who need help with designing economical and practical training programs and help with training their managers how to effectively present the training programs.
What should come to a customers mind when they see the logo:
Inspire trust, confidence in the service. Connection is important. I'm a source of connection with employees, and connections to other training resources; "heart connection" - plays on trust, caring about the customer
What should not be in the design:
If you use the heart image, needs to professionl - not too sentimental or cutsie. But insurance agents often have a "family" feeling about their company- and that's who I'll be working with a lot
How will the logo be the used:
Will be used in ways a logo is generally used - cards, website
