Target audience:

Webmasters and website owners, mostly small to medium businesses. They are looking for and will get a professional product at a low price (or even free). Most people buy a license because they like the software and want to support future development

What should come to a customers mind when they see the logo:

That they came to a site offering great software that will make their customer support much easier.

What should not be in the design:

I don't want an abstract logo which has nothing to do with the website topic.

How will the logo be the used:

Will be used in ways a logo is generally used

The design should have the following:

Preferably an icon or an illustration with a name "HESK.COM" next to it, but I'm also open to other layouts. However it is important to note that the logo has a very limited vertical space (will be max 70 pix heigh on the website)!
