It is our passion to elevate the typical home buying experience buy educating our clients, raising the bar on blah, blah properties in renovations delivering beyond wow factor homes in trending community. We create the distinctive design style that caters to single family clients from young trendy professionals ready to upgrade from apartment living into their first home, seasoned home owners ready to spread their wings into a larger second purchase home with long term stay in mind, and/or to empty nesters ready to sell and/or buy a home designed specific life needs and events.

Possible use of floor plan, hardware or staging tools that would be used to build/reno and stage a home. Must have that individuality and distinct personality to fit being "grit & grace" worthy. So spunk and elegance totally works; but keep a fair balance of determination and empowered persona. Think high end/upscale renovations in an medium/high income neighborhoods.
