Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our company will specialize in items for children between 2 and 10 (toys, bed blankets, ...). All the materials used are ecologic and safe (organic cotton, ...)
Target audience is kids and their parents.
I would like the logo to represent the values of the company : Safe, fun and eco-friendly products.

The design should have the following

I would like to have both the name of the company and a picture on the logo.
I would like a cartoon green ara (which is a parrot) very simple and colorful (mainly green with a red beak and maybe some blue on the wings) ... I have attached a couple of pictures but I am open to any suggestion ... the idea is to have a logo simple, catchy and colorful. It needs to be fun (target is kids)

I would like a majority of green to represent the eco-friendly aspect of the company.

I would also like to have a version with the text only in case I need to engrave the logo on wooden toys.

The G and the A need to be capital letters (Green Ara)

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
