Graycliff is a neighborhood construction project that will be created by L2 Homes. https://www.l2homes.com/
The neighborhood will have its own brand, but the sign will have the L2 homes at the bottom, so we don't want the logo to be too different from the overall brand - which is clean, elegant, refined and simple.

The design should have the following

Just the work Graycliff along with some kind of pictoral/line drawing element representation of the graycliff idea/word. For example, our first housing development was Oakwood and had the outline of half an oak leaf above the name. We want something similar, but also want the word Graycliff to be more integrated into the design.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Nothing too colorful. Nothing too complex. Single color (black) is best.
