Get Green NOI is the premier provider of turnkey sustainable utility efficiency projects for commercial real estate buildings across the country.

The design should have the following

A potted flower with a $ dollar sign as the flower with "Get Green" spelled and bent around the top of the flower, and NOI.

We provide "green" energy projects that in turn save owners money "green".

Needs to look as sexy and modern as possible, not cartoonish.

Green primary color of logo.

UPDATE:
+ I prefer a slightly lighter/brighter green color
+ it would be ideal if the capital "I" in NOI had the bars on the top and bottom so as not to be confused with a lowercase "L" - something like this " I " (this comment is for pretty much all the entries)

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

nothing cartoonish.

Colors to use in the design

darker shade of green, something green leaf or dollar bill colored. white secondary? open to interpretation but that needs to be the primary.
