Private Money Lender for Real Estate investors. Fast, asset based funding for non-owner occupied properties, from single family homes to commercial real estate, from development to fix and sell to fix and hold for rental.

The design should have the following

Have always thought it should reflect freedom, either by the US flag in some fashion/color or bird soaring. Want the feeling that this service will give them the freedom to pursue their real estate dreams. Want to make it clear this is real estate funding, nothing else.
