We are two chiropractors who specialize in sport and rehabilitation. There is a gap between patients being discharged from their injury and going back to their normal fitness routine. We are starting a program called Foundations of Fitness that will teach those people how to properly move and workout without re-injuring themselves. We are not personal trainers, we are doctors who will work with people based on their health and injury history to prepare them for the fitness world. Think of it as we are teaching people how to ride a bike without training wheels. What they do after that is up to them.
