Describe your company and organization and target audience
FlyHjælp (FLYHJÆLP) is a Danish company, which helps delayed air passengers with collecting their entitled compensation from the airlines. FlyHjælp is for everybody who has been delayed (no specific target audience, but generally +18 years).
We take airlines to court, but also have a very friendly dialogue with our clients. RefundMore is our sister company and there may be some similarities between the two logos.

The design should have the following
The current logo (see it at http://flyhjaelp.dk/images/logos/logo_big.png) is too hard to read - it should be more readable and easy to recognize. Furthermore, the logo should also be more professional and meaningfull. However, it would be preferred if the new logo is not entirely different from the current logo. A new font type would also be preferred.
At the same time it is a balance, since we are lawyers and take cases to court, but also want to look affordable and are very personal and service-minded in our communication with our clients.
