Local Campaign against the development of 250 apartments in a rural location.

The design should have the following

We are a group of residents that are opposed to the development of a 250 unit apartment complex that is proposed to be located next to our property. The area already has traffic congestion problems that will likely not be addressed. This development would only add to the problem. Also, the school that this property is zoned for is already overcrowded and busting at the seams. The developer has threatened that the only decision we have to make is between having a good development or a bad development. The property is only in the planning phase and the developer is seeking to have the property rezoned from the current Agricultural zoning, to Multi family zoning which would allow the apartments.

This logo will be used for
