Describe your company and organization and target audience.

RegalFabrics - www.regalfabrics.com will have a new division called Dtex.

The Regal Fabrics website is representative of the company's style and it is expected the Dtex brand will follow a similar aesthetic.

Both Regal and the Dtex division sell fabric wholesale to furniture companies, drapery workrooms, fabric retailers, etc...

Buyers are mostly female, mostly in the 30-60 age range. The biggest customer base is in North Carolina

The design should have the following:

It is possible that Dtex by Regal has a new logo entirely or I was also thinking that maybe it is a large word Dtex and then by Regal Fabrics using our current logo somehow integrated into it. That would create a standard new division format for Regal Fabrics. I am open to either.

Our website has the logo along with other ways we choose to represent ourselves. www.regalfabrics.com

We are not looking to make a major departure or big splash with this particular division, just differentiating a set of products. We probably should stay in the gray tone family or pick another color that is similarly not so eye catching. The goal is to let the fabric product be the star.

Current font is Kiona

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

We do not want this in the entries:
