We Market Your Properties to Investors and Developers

Describe your company and organization and target audience

We help market/advertise and sell off-market properties to investors and developers. These range from single family homes to multi-condo unit projects. None of them are on the MLS and there is an atmosphere of exclusivity because only so many people are on our list to receiving marketing. We are based in Washington DC so there could be an element of that involved in the design. Investors bring their projects/houses to us and we market them to our database of investors so we are kind of like a marketplace for deals. A cool design idea could be playing on a marketplace or auction related imagery.

The design should have the following

We are focused more on larger development projects, not as much single family houses, so if the designer plans to use the image of a house keep that in mind. If you search in google for "DC Rowhouse" or "DC Wardman style" you'll get an idea of the kind of single family properties that are being converted to multiple condos. Another search term could be "DC condo conversion" if you look up in google images. Alternatively the logo could be something completely different.

This logo will be used for

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

We are okay with the following colors: Red, Navy, Black and White. It doesn't have to incorporate all of them, could just be one or two of the colors. You could incorporate red white and blue since its in DC, but don't want to get completely stuck with only those types of designs.
