We are a new home construction company. most clients are investors in real estate or young or middle aged professionalss. we also market luxury homes to sophisticated buyers and hip new urban infill homes to young urban high income professionals

The design should have the following

professional, sleek, bold, happy, forward thinking, trustworthy, dependable, precise, strong, lasting, reliable, architectural element a plus but not mandatory, see existing business card needs to be simple enough for 1 or 2 color signs

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
