I am a real estate agent. The target audience are buyers, sellers and investors in the South Bay which is comprised of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes.

The design should have the following

Hi! My vision is a cheerful (blonde) female caricature in a black business suit with a hot pink collared blouse, Black pointed pump shoes, medium cut blonde hair, standing next to a desk, chatting on the phone with talking bubbles above saying "buy, sell, invest". The desk would be made from rustic wood with a laptop on it and the legs made out of the letters "DAWN WILCOX". For an online email signature, if at all possible to make it dynamic (like a GIF), it would be great to have my dog (white and faun English Bulldog with a radical underbite) come from the side of the screen, sit down next to me and bark bubbles that say "with a quick response, integrity & honesty!"
