Describe your company and organization and target audience

My company provides college consulting and planning to any one looking to go to college. We help students and individuals with their resumes, SATs, ACTs, applications, decision making, financial aid, and essays. We also help undergraduates find, apply, and get into graduate programs. We offer online and in-person services.

The design should have the following

The design should definitely have some sort of compass. I am open to really any artistic/creative take on a compass as well. Other than that, I have no real input as I do not have a creative bone in my body.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I don't have anything specific in mind but I would prefer the logo to not have anything boring like a pencil or a piece of paper included.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I think light blue would be a nice color to incorporate since it is the color of education but truly I am open to anything.
