We buy and sell land. We reach out to land owners via direct mail (letters), and we post land for sale on all digital platforms. We also put up for sale signs. Target audience ranges widely, as it is land owners across the country.

The goal is to create trust and stability when they see the name and logo.

The design should have the following

Credibility. We are a transactional company, and never meet buyers or sellers so it’s important to convey credibility and stability.

Easy to read, no graphic or cartoon elements in the logo itself. Must be usable in all formats.

Strong colors (no pastels).

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries
