Describe your company and organization and target audience

We started as a division of a dentist's practice, and now we are spinning off to handle marketing and advertising for other professionals in the area.

The design should have the following

We want to base our logo on our dentist's logo, with some modifications. Our dental logo is a tooth with a fish, and our company name to the right. We want the same tooth, but instead of a fish coming out of it, we want lots of multicolored fireworks. The water inside the tooth should be removed as well. The new company name should replace the words in the existing logo. Line 1: Bright Line 2: Advertising (small "and") Line 3: Marketing The first letters of each of these lines should line up, and the first letters should stand out either due to color or font differences. The current logos can be downloaded at http://brightbraces.com/logos. There you will find logos for our Orthodontics practice, and our Dentistry practice. You'll see the common theme between the two logos - we want this logo to show we're obviously in the same family of companies.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen
