I am a property management company. The properties can be commercial property site checks as well as residential site checks. I check the grounds as well as the building structure itself for any issues or concerns. My business model also includes meeting various vendors ad giving them access to said property site. This could be anytime day or night if needed for access.

The design should have the following

I was thinking some sort of house or building structure type logo where the letter BCM are incorporated. I like simple sleek lines with a modern look to it. The logo could have Boston Choice Management spelled out as well but I am unsure how you would capture all that in a logo. I am open and flexible to any creativity here.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I'm not opposed to anything. I am open to ideas here.
