Describe your company and organization and target audience

I will be selling beef (ground beef and steaks) from our farm. I will be selling retail and delivering them to my customers. The name Bootheel Beef comes from being located in the "Bootheel" of Missouri (Southeast corner of the state)

The design should have the following

I would like a professional looking logo to put on the labels of my beef and for advertising.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
