Remedial Massage and Pilates are the services. My aim is to treat and prevent injuries through soft tissue massage and Pilates. Educating my clients on functional body mechanics for prevention of pain and optimising health is my passion.

Colors to use in the design

I would like a black and white option with a coloured design. The colours I would like to use would be shades of aqua blue/green
