www.attirere.com (Live) Attire Real Estate will be a Franchise opportunity for Real Estate Brokerages. We also have a lead generation system that will provide a constant stream of localized rental and sales leads to any member office. The logo must be brandable and look the part of a national franchise. We will be a real estate company that does sales and rentals geared a bit upscale but not out of range of the average homeowner. Our opportunity lies with a unique approach to lead generation utilizing generic SEO to bring in a steady flow of leads to a location. I have proven this out with my own method and I am confident of our ability to duplicate this over and over any where in the country.

The design should have the following

I have an idea what I would like for a logo but would con side any fresh idea as well. Here is my thoughts: Looking at the word ATTIRE I would like to create the "Attire Guy" It would have to be a smile representation of a person something like the Monopoly guy. I could see him wearing a Black tie that with the collar forms the first "T" in ATTIRE. Imagine the ends of the T turned up to form the shirt collar with the length of the T coming to a point like the end of a tie. With this "Attire Guy" kinda hugging the logo in which his tie becomes the first "T" hanging down. That is how I picture it but could be swayed with other ideas. I think this "Attire Guy" and or possible "Attire Gal" as well could become the company Icon I am searching for. An initial logo is what I seek but if chosen I would look for additional work utilizing this logo in a number of additional looks, formats and uses. I want to bring to life the Attire Guy and incorporate it in the logo itself. Can you help make this happen? If chosen I would have continued work as this grew and became the face of our company. Hopefully more opportunity to work with you would follow. Thanks and good luck!
