Describe your company and organization and target audience.

We are HOW group in Philadelphia. A real estate company that is a solution to all the needs in the community. The Abigail Vare School in South Philadelphia was purchased and renovated by our HOW GC group and will be converted into 44 unit apartments.

*The design of the building very much like Ace Hotel in NYC by default and the website layout is going that direction as well.

The design should have the following:

"AV Lofts"

This logo will be used for:

Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Online (website, online advertising, banner ads etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

We do not want this in the entries:

"school"

This is the style of logo the user would like.

Colors to use in the design:

Primary: Black and White/Cream
Secondary: Crimson Red
