We are HOW group in Philadelphia. A real estate company that is a solution to all the needs in the community. The Abigail Vare School in South Philadelphia was purchased and renovated by our HOW GC group and will be converted into 44 unit apartments.*The design of the building very much like Ace Hotel in NYC by default and the website layout is going that direction as well.
