The design should have the following

I’m hoping you can help with a logo (that will ultimately drive the design of the website) that appeals to women but isn’t necessarily feminine. Most of the people I will be working with will be women and creative males. It should be clean and professional, somehow inferring Integrity, Strength, Leadership, Competency and Empathy. We have an affinity for their cause. I don’t want to use any graphical elements like an auctioneers gavel or anything like that. I am totally open to suggestion as I 100% believe in your skills and creative mind.
