A1 Receivables Management Solutions is essentially a debt collection company.
Target market is other corporations that need help collecting monies owed (receivables)
Logo should portray a professional organization that provides consultation services and advise to businesses about how to manage their receivables.

The design should have the following

I'm open to all ideas. Has to be a professional, corporate logo.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

Colors to use in the design

Blue, black, white, red.... I'm open, as long as it is professional looking
