We are a real estate investment company focused on cash on cash return for our investors in addition to revitalizing neighborhoods and providing quality living for working class people.

The design should have the following

I would like the logo to have the one in between the 7 and the 8 to be a replica of the empire state building as a symbol of our NYC roots. I would also like to see other modern ideas for the logo outside the scope of my original idea.

The logo should be slick but imperial.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
