Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a small property management company owned by a police officer. We are making fun of the "5 Star" rating so popular with places like Amazon and calling ourselves 1Star.

The design should have the following

The design should incorporate the American police flag. If you are not familiar with the police flag, Google "American police flag" and you will see a black/white US flag with a blue horizontal stripe through it. Use this style of flag in the design, except take out the 50 stars in the upper left and just put one star. If you can accommodate it in the design, it would also be great to have 5 stars in the lower right corner of the flag and only fill in one star, like you would see in a product review on Amazon if it only got one star.

This logo will be used for
