If I could see a few designs with this outline enhanced that would be great. Also our tagline is High Performance Laser Processing for Industry - i don't know if you can see it in the .jpg

I appreciate the efforts of new designs but we are moving away from our identity…we just want a fresher look. We like the colors of our current logo and we want to maintain the look that something is laser cut. If you look at the yellow pattern the center is white, giving the illusion that the center is laser cut out. The laser / yellow pattern is standard is the laser industry so we want that incorporated into our logo. A good idea is to look at the following website: history of nbc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4eVbr6DFpY it shows the progression of how the logo started and where it is today. That’s what I am looking for, a progression of our logo to be updated – new – fresh!

After discussing the current logo entries at staff meeting, we wish to clarify a few points to better direct future work on our logo. We will use our logo on our webpage, printed marketing materials, tradeshow banners, and embroidered clothing. Because of this, our logo should be clear and simple enough to translate through all of these different mediums. We would like a bold, industrial themed logo with limited gradients or embossing. The logo should be memorable and eye catching, as it would be printed on signs that need to be identified from a distance. Additionally, because we manufacture laser cutting machines, we thought it would be beneficial to add the illusion of a moving laser beam somehow cutting our logo, however this is only a suggestion.
