This is a logo that will be on my podcast art for a leadership podcast. Target audience is new and emerging leaders in both the corporate and entrepreneurial space.

The design should have the following

I'm uploading the basic logo I made with is just text. I want someone to take the basic premise and give it a touch of something to make it more professional, modern. It needs to be printable as I'll be using it on dark colored polos, mugs, teeshirts, etc. I've uploaded the full podcast art as a reference of where it will go, and I also uploaded the basic text logo that I'd like you to use as a starting reference. Thanks very much.
